Lease-leaseback
In response to a need by California School Districts to have lower project costs, reduced risk, and more efficiently built projects, JTS Construction has begun offering a lease-leaseback design-build method of project delivery.
Lease-leaseback is a construction delivery method defined by California Education Code Section 17406, which authorizes governing boards, without advertising for bids, to lease land to a contractor for the purpose of constructing school buildings that are leased back to the District.
With our affiliation with JTS Modular, we are able to offer a complete project including modular buildings, site development, and site-built buildings.
